Welcome to the New Hampshire Judicial Branch Case Access Portal

--Currently available for all e-filed case types except Guardianships. --

The New Hampshire Judicial Branch is pleased to provide free online access to limited case information in the state’s trial courts. At present, records are available in the non-confidential case types of small claims and estate cases in the Circuit Court and Superior Court civil cases. Other case types will be added in the future.

Information accessible through this portal is provided for your convenience. It is not the official court record therefore, should not be relied upon as an official record of the court. Specifically, individuals should not use this system for background checks or other purposes that require more complete identity or case information.

CAUTION: Some court orders may be viewable in this Portal before the clerk’s office completes its process to make them part of the official court record. These orders are subject to revision by the judge. Do not rely upon court orders viewed through this Portal until the clerk’s notice has been issued and the orders have been disseminated by the clerk’s office.
